Davie

Davie homes tend to be bigger, with more square footage of floor to replace and primary bathrooms worth doing properly. Whole-house vinyl plank and porcelain installs are a specialty here.

We handle the demolition ourselves, pulling old tile or carpet down to the slab and hauling it away the same day, then prepping the slab before a single plank or tile goes down.

Written scope before demo, the owner on site, and a walkthrough before the last invoice, on every Davie project.
