A Margate Remodeler Who Shows Up Himself
Silva Remodeling Corp is an owner-operated bathroom and flooring contractor based in Margate, Florida. Written scopes, clean jobsites, and finish work we're proud to put our name on.
Careful work, straight answers, kept promises
Silva Remodeling Corp was founded by Reginaldo Mesquita Da Silva in Margate with a narrow focus on purpose: bathrooms and hard-surface flooring. Those are the two projects where the difference between good and bad work is hidden under the tile, so we decided to be the company that gets the hidden part right.
On a bathroom, that means a proper waterproofing membrane, correct slope, and a flood test before a single tile goes up. On a floor, it means moisture testing the slab, leveling where it needs it, and choosing glue-down or floating based on the room, not on what's quickest. Vinyl, laminate, marble, and porcelain each get installed to their own spec.
The owner quotes every job, works every job, and walks every finished room with the client before the final invoice. Everything in our gallery is a real Silva project in South Florida, and that's the standard we're asking you to hold us to.
